In the metallurgical heat engineering workshop, which has all the necessary licenses for the provision of services, experimental and debugging work is performed on fuel-using equipment of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy plants. The list of experimental and debugging works consists of control and analysis of the thermal operation of furnaces and other units, as well as the development of recommendations for reducing specific fuel consumption and improving the quality of heating and heat treatment of metallurgical products. At the same time, the control function ensures obtaining initial thermal technical characteristics and data for the development, adjustment and implementation of rational modes of operation of thermal units. The next stage of experimental and debugging works is the determination of rational values and limits of regulation of thermal operation parameters for debugging systems of automatic control, regulation, protection and signaling. The complex of works is completed by drawing up and issuing mode maps of the operation of thermal units, taking into account the requirements of the organization of State and departmental supervision. In addition, we are engaged in the commissioning of equipment that is also used in other branches of industry, where natural, blast furnace gas or other types of fuel are used as fuel. After setting the optimal ecological and economic modes of operation on your fuel-using equipment, it will work in the optimal mode, which ensures the minimum possible specific fuel consumption with the least emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. And according to statistics, the implementation of rational thermal regimes of heating and heat treatment, as well as the development of the proposed energy-saving technologies, ensures a decrease in specific fuel consumption by 15-20%. The modern apparatus, devices and equipment equipped with the shop allow to carry out commissioning work and heat-technical tests of the March and heating thermal furnaces, as well as furnaces for obtaining agglomerate and coils and rotary kilns for the production of cement and lime. This list also includes air heaters for blast furnaces and installations for drying and heating cast steel and cast iron ladles. In order to organize and legitimize the existing devices, the workshop employees also draw up the technical passports of the units of heating devices, workshop gas pipelines and hydraulic fracturing.
